Physical Products
Because many of our items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us at createtgs@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery. Include your name, order number and clear photos of the issue so we can make it right.
Approved issues may qualify for a replacement or refund which will be sorted out by direct communication with us. Customers will be given the choice between a refund or replacement.
